Lucy and Ellie Win Gold and are crowned British Champions!
Over two days of intense competiton, Lucy and Ellie held their nerve when it mattered most to clinch the British Championships title in the 11-16 Womens Pairs. Scoring nines or more in all 3 routines, it was an outstanding display of technical excellence and superb artistry, performed under extreme pressure. Congratualtions girls, you were amazing!
In the 12-18 Womens Groups category, Sophie, Heather and Natasha were performing together for the first time. Having fought their way through the qualifying rounds to the Final, two uncharacteristic errors early on in ther combined routine sadly meant that they finished out of the medals. Despite this, the girls were phylisophical about ther disapointment and clearly learned positively from the expereince, which bodes well for the future. Well done to you all!
