Second International - Second Gold for Lucy and Ellie at the Geneva International Acro Cup!

Lucy and Ellie have done the double, taking their second international Gold in Geneva in what was only their second international competition as an 11-16 Womens Pair. Leading throughout the qualifying, the girls placed first in both the Balance and Dynamic rounds, comfortably qualifying for the Finals in first place. Up against Pairs from the National teams of USA and Germany, as well quality opposition from the UK, the Finals proved to be a nail biting affair, not least for an utterly inconceivable error in their choreography right at the start of the routine! Undeterred, the girls showed real professionalism and continued as if nothing had happened, performing another great routine that put them into first place, but with two of their main rivals still to compete. Nerves were jangling as first the UK and then the German National Pair took to the floor. The scores seemed to take forever to appear, but finally, it was official - Ellie and Lucy had won their second International Gold - and done so under immense pressure. A fantastic and richly deserves result!

Gold for Lucy and Ellie at their first International!
In their first international overseas competition together, performing in the FIG 11-16 Womens Pair category, Lucy and Ellie, coached by Emma, achieved outstanding results, winning overall Gold in the Final, along with a further Gold for their Balance routine and a Silver for their Dynamic routine during the heats. Not content with 3 medals, they were also awarded a Trophy for achieving the second highest overall score across all the 11-16 categories, an absolutely fantastic achievement!
