Catriona Annie and Esmee took a huge step-up to compete at the English Championships as an 11-16 Trio alongside the best partnerships in the country, many of whom were also vying for a place in the GB squad. This could have been a daunting challenge, but the girls refused to be intimidated and took everything in their stride, highs and lows, making the most of the opportunity to experience just what is required to compete at the elite level and really impressing with their attitude, friendship and resillience.

Girls, we are so proud of you for what you achieved this weekend, this was never about medals, it was about gaining experience, seeing how far you have come and a chance to test your skills and mental toughness in an intense competition – and you passed with flying colours!
