In July 2019 I decided it was time to move on from OSG after 10 memorable years. I will really miss all of the guys I've been lucky enough to coach over the last few years, they have been amazing and being a part of their gym-life has been one of the most rewarding things I have ever done.

I've made some life-long friends along the way and been inspired and humbled by some incredible young people: Commitment, determination, courage, resillience, team spirit, humour, compassion, friendship...the list could go on; they have just been amazing and I am so proud of them - they made me a better coach - and a better person.

I wanted to hold onto all those great memories and also to share them with the guys by way of a thank-you for all the times we had together - and this is it - a video of my 10 years at the club, which focusses on the last 3 years when Laura and I had the NDP and Advanced squads. I hope they enjoy the look-back and you do too.
